B. Data Processed, Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing
The personal data you provide (personal details, contact information, tax and banking data) are processed for the following purposes:
a) execution of pre-contractual measures (preparation of a quote) and for the possible subsequent conclusion and execution of the contract,
b) administrative purposes and compliance with legal obligations such as, for example, those of an accounting and tax nature, arising from the establishment of the contract (invoice issuance, payment management),
c) the email address may also be used to send occasional commercial communications,
d) to comply with any requests from judicial authorities,
e) possible exercise of a right in judicial, administrative and extrajudicial proceedings.
The legal bases that legitimize the processing are:
– Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures
adopted at the request of the data subject, for the purpose referred to in letter a),
– Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject, for the purposes referred to
in letters b) and d),
– Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – pursuit of a legitimate interest of the data controller, for the purposes referred to in letter
c) (communicating information regarding products and training courses) and e) (protection of legitimate rights and interests).
C. Nature of Data Provision
The provision of data is optional, but any refusal will result in the inability to proceed with the quote request or to conclude the contract (sale of our products and/or participation in our courses).
Data may be provided through the creation of your personal account on the website www.homm.net, via email, through our agents or at the boutique.
D. Processing Methods and Data Retention Periods
The data collected will be processed using electronic or computer and telematic tools, or through manual processing with logic strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security of the data in all cases.
All data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the management of the purposes for which the data were collected in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations, and, in any case, for a period not exceeding ten years from your last purchase or from the last training course you attended.
E. Data Communication
The processing of collected data is carried out by our internal staff.
The collected data may be communicated to all those parties that provide services related and instrumental to the execution of the purposes indicated above (banking institutions for payment management, companies that handle the maintenance of IT systems, external professionals – accountants, lawyers, etc.) and judicial or administrative authorities, for compliance with regulatory obligations or orders from authorities.
In any case, personal data will never be disclosed or transferred to Third Countries.

– Article 20 – Right to data portability (obtain – in cases where the legal basis of the processing is the contract or consent, and the processing is carried out by automated means – personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller),
– Article 21 – Right to object (object at any time to the processing of your personal data when particular situations concerning the data subject occur),
– Article 77 – Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Italian Data Protection Authority – www.garanteprivacy.it).
